An academic marketing, content, and outreach case study
The problem: Academic publisher John Wiley & Sons had been struggling to reach their end users (professors and students) as well as their purchasing customers (academic librarians) for a three year run of their new product, Wiley Digital Archives, and struggled to translate outreach into sales. Presentation for the strategy I co-lead and results is below.
